2010 Tournament Details

• August 13th - 15th, 2010
• Steel Ice Center, Bethlehem
• Team Registration $895 - Only $815 if registered by July 1, 2010!!
• Free Agent Registration$85 - Includes HFMS Jersey
• Women's and Men's Divisions
• Four (4) Game Guarantee
• Game schedules will be posted on the Hockey Fights MS website and will be e-mailed to team managers no later than one week before the tournament.  Typically, each team will play one game Friday, two games Saturday, and one game Sunday.
• Game results and standings will be posted and updated on the Hockey Fights MS website throughout the tournament.
• Awards for First Place Teams in each Division
• Raffle with Great Prizes
• Tournament Merchandise, Team Photos and Action Shots will be available for purchase on site

• To obtain a registration form please email hockeyfightsms@gmail.com and specify which event you are interested in.
• Deadline for Team and Free Agent Registration is July 15th 2010

Tournament Rules

• All Games will be three 12 minute stop time periods
• USA Hockey Adult Rules will be observed with the following exceptions:
  -Minor Penalties will be 1:30 rather than 2:00
  -Any player receiving 4 minor penalties in one game will be ejected from the remainder of that game with no further suspension
  -Fighting majors will result in immediate suspension from the tournament, no exceptions
• Round Robin games ending in a tie will remain ties.  Tie games during final round will play a five minute 4 on 4 overtime followed by a 5 person shootout, followed by a sudden death shootout, if necessary.
• Tournament Director Reserves the right to change any tournament rule deemed necessary for equal play during the tournament

• Bethlehem is home to both the Sands Casino and Musikfest, both just a few minutes from the rink.
• Historic Bethlehem contains countless shops and restaurants
• Local vineyards and breweries are close to the event
• Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom are also a short drive from tournament.
